About Me

Hello! I am Miss Beary and thank you for checking out our class blog!  Teaching is not just a job, its my life!  Having children of my own makes what I do in the classroom every day all the more meaningful.  When I am not creating lessons or supplies for the classroom you may find me home with the family.  Much time is spent in the garden (YUM!) which will lead into the canning season.  While it is a time consuming process the results are well worth it!  We also spend a lot of time fishing and doing other outdoor activities.  During the summer I run the day camp program for ISU Extension and Outreach in Monroe County.  I love having the chance to work with kids on S.T.E.M projects and create science experiments!  If all of this is not going on then I will dive into a book and not come out until it is finished.  :)
